Entry and Accommodations
Thank you for reserving a seat at the Inaugural Independence Dinner! Below, you can find information about claiming your tickets, finding the ballroom, ADA accessibility, and other personal accommodations.
Getting to the Dinner
Though the venue is listed on Arch Street, Independence Dinner guests are encouraged to use the grand entrance on Broad Street.
As you enter from Broad Street, take one of the escalators on your left to the fourth floor, where PA Democratic Party staff will guide you to the will-call tables and ballroom.
All tickets for the Independence Dinner will be distributed via will-call, starting at 5:30 PM on the day of the event. The registration tables will be located on the fourth floor, just outside the ballroom.
To claim your ticket, all you need to provide is your name and (if you did not RSVP yourself) the name of the person who reserved your seating.
As this event offers reserved seating, you will also be given a table number when you receive your ticket.
Doors and Cocktail Hour
The ballroom doors will open at 6:00 PM, and we ask that all guests be seated before 7:00 PM to ensure a prompt meal and timely program.
As you wait for the dinner to begin, we encourage you to enjoy the cash-bar and "blue carpet" photo area that will open at 6:00 PM.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center is an ADA Accessible venue, and staff will be available throughout the night to assist guests as needed.
If you anticipate that additional accommodations will be needed for yourself or a fellow guest, please preview the venue's accessibility standards and click here to share your requested accommodations in advance.
