Getting to the Dinner
All guests are required to arrive and enter the convention center at
1201 Arch Street, Philadelphia PA 19107
The Independence Dinner will be held in the Train Shed Ballroom (Ballroom AB). Registration tables will be located upon entering the lobby. To claim your ticket, all you need is your name and (if you did not RSVP yourself) the name of the person who reserved the seating.
If you ticket has reserved seating, you will be given a table assignment at the registration table.
Please be aware that all attendees will go through airport level security screenings upon entering the building. Plan appropriately.
Doors and Cocktail Hour
The ballroom doors will open at 5:00 PM, and we ask that all guests be seated before 6:00 PM to ensure a prompt meal and timely program.
As you wait for the dinner to begin, we encourage you to enjoy the cash-bar and "blue carpet" photo area that will open at 5:00 PM.
VIP Ticket Holders
Registration for the VIP Cocktail Reception will begin at 4pm. Please follow the signs to the VIP registration table.
Venue Accessibility
The Pennsylvania Convention Center is an ADA Accessible venue, and staff will be available throughout the night to assist guests as needed.
